reawaken your creative spark

How can we create if we haven’t taken the time to breath in some inspiration?  Taking time out to do this is vital to our well being but also our creativity. The down times that we set aside concioulsy to gain inspiration is more important than we realise.  When you do this, surrounded by others who genuinely want to uplift and help, you can find that you create your best work, have your best thoughts and begin a wonderful journey onwards………

Margaret Soraya was searching for a more creative photography event that catered to a gentler, quieter person and found nothing suitable. She wanted a break from her hectic life and to experience luxurious surroundings while immersing in creativity with supportive guides.

She needed space and a helping hand to get her started on her journey of personal exploration and rebuilding from within. She wanted to bring empathy, kindness, and a deeper understanding of creativity, so Margaret developed Creative Light. An in-person event that combines creativity with inspiration, kind and talented people to those who want to go that bit further with their photography

Another amazing Creative Light Festival surrounded by lovely, inspiring people. Margaret’s ethos and values were evident throughout the weekend which was thoughtfully put together and beautifully delivered by her and her team. I came away with many ideas to pursue. It is a rich experience for anyone wanting to develop their creativity and I thoroughly recommend it. I have already booked for the next two years which says it all!

Everything from the stunning location by the waters edge, the warm welcome from yourself and Lesley, the new friends I have made and the inspirational speakers who gave their time to show us their wonderful work (and impart their KIND words). The weekend blew me away and I feel so privileged to have been a part of it. The weekend was busy, but calming and I enjoyed being on my own but surrounded by people. It was the perfect mix – I felt so happy.

It will take time to process all that I saw, felt and heard over the weekend, but my cup is most certainly over-flowing.

The Creative Light Festival has been full to the brim with walks, talks, hands on learning and so many warm and inspiring people. I have come away with a deep sense of personal wellbeing, not just creatively but mentally and physically too.
